In case of any doubts when browsing through these information sites please contact us, call us or send a message immediately. Sometimes it is very difficult to predict the effect of drug-drug combinations. Beside drug-drug interaction, there are many other factors like genetic polymorphism, sex, liver and renal failure, age, weight, pregnancy, etc. that can also influence plasma levels. Theoretical considerations, in vivo and in vitro data are sometimes different. Some mechanisms are not sufficiently researched to date. Thus, occurring interactions are specific and can vary significantly. A therapeutic drug monitoring can often be helpful. There are many questions not being answered up to now. So we are looking forward to discuss with you your individual experiences with drug-drug interactions in the HIV therapy. However, no responsibility can be taken for the correctness of this information due to the above mentioned difficulties, despite intensive and careful literature research.
